1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using StockView Pro (the "Platform"), operated by StockView (Pty) Ltd, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Educational Purposes Only (No Financial Advice)

All content provided on StockView Pro, including but not limited to the Academy, the Trading Floor, the Macro Desk, and the Vault, is for strictly educational and informational purposes. We are not registered financial advisors, brokers, or dealers. None of the information provided constitutes a recommendation that any particular cryptocurrency, security, portfolio of securities, transaction, or investment strategy is suitable for any specific person.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Access to StockView Pro requires an active subscription at the rate of $29.99 per month.

  • Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will stop future billing, but no prorated refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
  • We reserve the right to change our subscription fees upon 30 days' notice.

4. User Conduct and Trading Floor Rules

The Trading Floor is a curated community for serious traders. You agree not to engage in any of the following restricted activities:

  • Promoting unauthorized third-party services, affiliate links, or "pump and dump" schemes.
  • Harassing, abusing, or insulting other members of the community.
  • Sharing or distributing malicious files, viruses, or illegal content.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account without a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All proprietary content within the Academy and the Vault (including video modules, PDF guides, custom TradingView indicators, and spreadsheets) is the exclusive property of StockView Pro. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use this content for your personal education. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or share this content outside of the Platform.

6. Broker Partnerships and Rebates

StockView Pro participates in an Introducing Broker (IB) program with Exness. The 15% cashback rebate offered is subject to the terms and conditions of Exness and our ongoing partnership agreement. We are not responsible for the execution, slippage, withdrawal processes, or general operational integrity of third-party brokerages.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall StockView Pro, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Platform or your trading activities.
